There's a Viking in My Bed!

Elm class have thoroughly enjoyed our class book by Jeremy Strong where Sigurd the Viking unknowingly time-travels to the future! We have used this to generate our own ideas (some fantastic homework on this - well done Elm!) which will form the basis of our own versions of the story.

In maths the class have continued with their skills in calculations and have been applying this to money. Both year 3 and 4 are adding different amounts of money and working out how much change is needed!

The class are really enjoying the Vikings topic so far and have produced some fabulous shield designs this week, using bold lines and simple patterns.
