Ash Daily Task - Tuesday 21st April: Clever with Coins!

Good morning everybody! When we set maths learning, we will give 3 different challenge levels, with level 1 being the easiest through to level 3 as the hardest. Please choose sensibly - you should aim to be 'stretched' by the challenge but not panicking that it is too hard or coasting along because it is too easy!

Level 1

Using coins or pictures of coins, how many different ways can you make 20p? What is the smallest and largest number of coins you can use? Can you draw or take photos to show us the different combinations? Can you name all the coins and put them in order of value, from lowest to highest value?

Level 2

Can you draw or take photos to show us the different combinations? Can you name all the coins and put them in order of value, from lowest to highest value? Can you find how many 20ps make £1? Can you find how many 20ps make £2?
