Daily/weekly task 27/04/2020

Hello Oak Class, I hope you enjoyed a lovely weekend in the sun! Your task today is to practise your handwriting. I would like you to write down the following words related to our topic in your neatest handwriting: turret, ramparts, moat, drawbridge, portcullis, motte and bailey.

Don't worry if you don't know what these words mean - we will find out along the way - but as an extra challenge you could look up what these words mean!

At 2pm today we a zoom meeting where we will talk about what we have learnt so far and then play 'flower power' to discover what our weekly task will be about. Don't worry if you cant make the zoom meeting - I will also post the weekly task onto the blog after the meeting. Can't wait to see you!
