As part of our All Things Bright and Beautiful' topic, children have been looking at different amazing habitats and food chains. For homework they had to create a shoebox habitat and say why animals are suited to live there. I am so impressed with all the children's designs. They are amazing!
Today's challenge was to create a brand new town that would include human features that we would need or like to have. They also needed to include areas that would promote wildlife, so that other animals can live there too. We invited Birch class to come and see the towns and the children had to present their ideas. They also come to see the children's homework. Birch class were very impressed with the creative ideas the children had.
